Miami...

Built in 1977 the Joseph Caleb Auditorium became an unused center of Miami's inevitably elevated Brownsville neighborhood. To reestablish it's relevance this proposal not only revitalized the design of the auditorium, but additionally proposed retrofitting the oversized lobby to be an independent element(bar/lounge) to be used daily. Increased focus and increased revenue for a building back-dated.
